Acknowledgement
Online orders are acknowledged automatically by email. We will also send a separate acknowledgement with clarification of the expected shipping date within 3 days of receiving your order.
Payment
We are happy to accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.
We do not accept payment by American Express.
We are happy to accept cheques payable to Adirondack Outdoors but please note that cheque payments will require 10 business days to clear before goods can be shipped.
No deposit is normally required, although we reserve the right for large orders or special requirements to request an appropriate deposit with order.
Final payment is processed when we start building your furniture. We ensure that your furniture arrives as soon as possible after your payment has been taken.
