Ordering & Payment Information

How to Order

Use the product listings or search facility in our Online Catalogue to find the items you require and add them to your shopping basket. You can then proceed to our secure order processing pages and order online with complete security, Alternatively we are always happy to discuss your specific requirements before ordering. In this instance please contact us by phone - 01252 692513 or e-mail. 

Acknowledgement

We acknowledge all orders in writing within 5 days of receipt. This acknowledgement will contain details of your requirements together with a confirmation of the expected shipping date for your goods. 

Deposit

No deposit is required for most orders. If we do require a deposit we will contact you beforehand to advise you of the amount. 

Payment

We are pleased to accept the following methods of payment

Payment Cards	Visa, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro
Cheques	Payment by cheque must be received at least 7 days before shipment takes place to allow time for clearance. Please make all cheques payable to Adirondack Outdoors  and cross them "a/c payee only"
Cash	Please do not send cash by mail.

We have tried below to answer some of the questions that people ask before ordering. If there is anything that we haven't covered then please ask, we will be happy to help.

Do your prices include VAT? - All prices quoted on these pages are the actual prices charged.  They include delivery in the UK mainland and all appropriate taxes and charges.

How can I pay? - We are happy to accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Switch. Alternatively we can accept cheques but will require that these are cleared before goods are shipped.

How long will delivery take  - Shipment date is usually within 28 days of receipt of order. If there is any longer delay we will advise you separately within 7 days of order.
