All orders over £100 include the cost of standard delivery to most UK mainland addresses. Orders below £100 are subject to a delivery cost of £10 per shipment.

Deliveries to these postal codes are subject to an additional charge based on the number of cartons in the shipment. This will be calculated and shown at the point of checkout and before you are commited to ordering.
Northern Ireland
Deliveries to Northern Ireland are free for orders over £250. All orders below this limit are subject to a delivery charge of £12.
General delivery Information
We generally use Parcelforce scheduled 48 hr service. Deliveries must be signed for and standard delivery is for working days (Monday to Friday) only. We are not able to give any indication of the likely time of day as this is a standard parcel service.
We are quite happy to deliver to an alternative address where there will be somebody to sign during business hours. We will advise you by email wherever possible when your goods have been shipped so that you can use the parcel tracking facility to monitor their progress.
Shipping times vary according to the items in your order. We divide our range into two categories for delivery times.
The most popular items are supplied "Off the Shelf". Normally they will be sent to you within 7 days of receiving your order. At the busy times they can take a little longer but we will always do our best to ship them as soon as possible. If shipping is expected to be longer that 7 days we will update this page to show the expected delay.
'Off the Shelf' items are currently shipping approximately 14 days after order. We apologise for the dalay which is caused by an unforseen absence but will process all deliveries as soon as possible Updated 3rd October 2011
More specialised items, including all of our Oak furniture, take a little longer. We always ship as soon as possible but you need to allow 28 days at all times of year and sometimes a little longer during the summer months. We will advise you within 5 working days of receiving your order of the expected shipping date and will advise you again, by email or telephone, when your order is ready to be shipped.
Special Delivery Options
Sometimes standard delivery doesn't quite fit the bill. We are happy to help by arranging;-
Saturday delivery
Saturday delivery costs are based on the number of packages in your order and start at £15 - price details are availble by selecting the Saturday delivery option in the online shop.
Fully Assembled delivery
We are happy to arrange to deliver your order ourselves to most destinations. The cost will vary according to distance. Because the charge is for the whole shipment rather than per item this can be more economical than a Saturday delivery for larger orders - call us on 0800 756 1036 for a quotation.
International delivery
We are able to arrange delivery to most European destinations. The most popular destinations are shown in the online shop. Email us (info@adirondack.co.uk) and we will be happy to provide a personalised quote.
