Below are a few of the comments we have received about our furniture and our service.
I just wanted to drop you a line to say how much I love my
adirondack chairs and foot stools.
I've had them now for a couple of weeks and just managed to get them painted and
sit in them the once before the rain set in !!
They are wonderful and we were really pleased with how easy they were to put
together, all the screws lined up properly !
They also arrived the day after you shipped them which was an added bonus!
So, once again, thankyou.
These Basic Cedar chairs travelled to Reading in May 2007 and it
sounds like they have found a good home.
I thought I'd drop you a line to say the chair arrived safely
last Tuesday and when I unpacked it everything was in good shape. My son arrived
today and we put the chair together and it looks wonderful. I let him be the
first to sit on it but now it's mine!
It looks beautiful and strong and it's in my favourite spot in the garden. I
imagine many of your customers will have put the chair somewhere with a lot of
space round it - at the bottom of the garden or by the lake (in Dan Pearson
mode) or by the lawn or pool. I've put mine on an old bricked area under a
bower of old roses and honeysuckle, surrounded by pots of lavender and other
flowers and it looks fabulous. There's a space for books, face cream and the
wine bottle - heaven. So thanks again Ian.
A classic chair and footstool in Western Red Cedar elicited this note
from a happy Lincolnshire customer.
I received the above chair on Tuesday and just wanted to say how
pleased I am with it. I'm particularly pleased with the finish and look of the
chair, the proportions are just right and really look good in my garden against
the backdrop of a large oak tree.

Just to let you know that our chairs and stool arrived safely on
Thursday.
Unfortunately the weather has been pretty dismal since then, but we did have a brief sit down and they are wonderful - hopefully we will soon have some sun
and be able to make full use of them!
Very impressed with the packaging which resisted Parcel Force's best attempts
to pierce the outside.
The furniture is exquisitely made and I am sure we will have many comfortable
hours with the Sunday papers and a jug of Pimm's hopefully watching the garden
grow.

We supplied this customer in Derbyshire with Florida Chairs in May 2006 -
sadly we can't help with the weather.
Just to let you know that the chair arrived on Tuesday as arranged, no
hassle to put together, my wife is over the moon with her birthday present
(can't get her out of it!!!), no doubt you'll be getting some further orders for
another one for myself in the future. Again many thanks for your service and

It has been a lovely weekend and we wanted to let you know how
fantastic we think our new Classic oak chairs are, as they were a surprise
Christmas present from the in-laws who fondly remember this type of chair from
their time in Bermuda.
They are a big hit not only with us, but with pregnant friends, who comment on
how comfortable and supportive they are and how easy they are to get in and out
of! Our 15 month old boy loves sitting in them too, which presumably means we
need to buy an extra one to prevent any unpleasantness. We keep them in
our conservatory when not in use outside and they look as wonderful indoors as
they do outdoors as they are extremely well made.
So thanks for bringing a Caribbean favourite to British shores – we can’t
wait to get the footstools for Christmas this year!

A Classic chair in Tatajuba elicited this response from a Cardiff customer
in May 2005.
Just thought that I would show you some pictures of the chairs nearly
one year on and looking better than ever.
This customer purchased 4 chairs from us in the summer of 2003 and was kind
enough to let us know how they are faring one year on. You can see the photos he
sent us here.
Have finally managed to get round to constructing these. They look
fantastic, very pleased indeed.

Thank you very much for the classic western red cedar chair. William Morris said you should have nothing in your home that you do not believe to be beautiful or know to be useful and this chair qualifies on both counts. We're fighting over who gets to sit in it.
Also it smells wonderful.
We built a Classic Chair in Western Red Cedar for this lady from Wiltshire.

Just wanted to day how delighted we are with our recent purchase of 2
of the above (Florida Chairs). They were assembled last weekend and so we
have enjoyed a week of sunshine, sitting on our verandah, sipping
g & ts etc.
We supplied 2 Florida chairs in Natural Iroko to this customer from
Devon.
Finally I have time to send you a mail to say how well the 5 oak
Adirondacks you made for us in April have settled in at the bottom of the
garden. They have come through several gales and haven’t moved an inch, and
are now weathering into a lovely colour. They are our favourite place to
sit and watch the sea and one of our daughter’s favourite places to play.
This customer has a spectacular cliff top garden and we are very pleased that

... We have been touring Canada and have only just
returned. Have seen many Adirondack chairs on our travels, but none to compare
with the quality of the ones you have made for us.

I received my two chairs on my return home and had them
assembled in no time. Even though the weather in Scotland is miserable and
wet for July I have taken every opportunity to sit in them, as there the most
comfortable chairs I have ever sat on.
